Our office is designed exclusively for children. From the moment they walk in to our inviting and fun interactive waiting room, our goal is to make them feel at ease. While getting their teeth cleaned or teeth worked on, you child can sit back and relax while watching their favorite movie.

At First Smile Pediatric Dentistry we want to make sure every smile your child has is as important as their first. Children are our passion and we are committed to giving them the best possible dental experiences. By providing a positive and enjoyable environment from an early age and teaching your child the importance of healthy teeth, we can make taking care of their teeth fun. We want your kids to “want” to go brush their teeth rather then “need” to go brush. By doing this we can focus on prevention, early detection and implement a “Dental Home” to prevent harmful disease or habits from forming. We look forward to taking care of your child as they grow from infants to teenagers, not only as our patients but also part of our dental family.

Every child is unique and no one behavior management technique works for every child. Whether they are an infant or a teenager, every child needs personalized care. From their first appointment it is important to instill that positive experience and minimize anxiety. Our office is designed exclusively for our pediatric patients. It is fun, friendly and inviting. Our staff is caring, patient, and loves kids. We will all take the time to properly explain and show your child what we will be doing so they feel comfortable. For most kids this is enough to ease their anxiety. For those children who are extremely apprehensive we also offer other behavior management options such as nitrous oxide sedation, oral conscious sedation and IV Sedation. In addition, we will want to make sure you as parents also understand and feel comfortable with your child’s dental care and the best options available for them. We are here to answer any question you may have.
